- Your C64 keyboard definitely has a chip out somewhere. First choise
- would be your video chip, but there are 4 other chips that could cause
- the video to fail. You need repairs either locally or mail order.
- Otherwise, track down another keyboard. As for mail, you are talking
- about a simple conversion in ansi to ascii. Very simple with numerous
- software programs.
