  27.     Your C64 keyboard definitely has a chip out somewhere.  First choise 
  28. would be your video chip, but there are 4 other chips that could cause 
  29. the video to fail.  You need repairs either locally or mail order.  
  30. Otherwise, track down another keyboard.  As for mail, you are talking 
  31. about a simple conversion in ansi to ascii.  Very simple with numerous 
  32. software programs.
